If you find a need for a major repair, does My Property Tech perform the repair work?
My Property Tech technicians can make small repairs during their scheduled maintenance visits. When you subscribe to our maintenance services, you will be given the option to pre-approve repairs that do not exceed a specific amount. Should repair costs exceed that amount or you choose to forgo our pre-approval method, our technician will document your repair needs and have our repair department provide you with a cost to do the repair. Our goal is to take your home maintenance and repair worries away from you, providing the scheduling for and management of these services.

Does anyone need to be home during the service call?
No, it is not necessary for anyone to be at home during a quarterly or monthly service call. Your contract will specify whether we have permission to go in your home and the method of access. My Property Tech will contact you 48 hours prior to our scheduled appointment to confirm we are coming on schedule.
